‘Bespoke by Jade’ is a personal service where I, Jade work with you to create your DREAM festival fit!

‘Bespoke by Jade’ will launch on the 1st of every month with limited slots. When the slots are filled, they will be sold out and the the next will be available slots will re-launch on the 1st of the following month.

What it includes:

• A 15-30 min virtual friendly consultation with me, to discuss your vision and exchange ideas, see fabric samples/ swatches and curate a plan to bring your dream festival ‘fit to life. - This can be done via WhatsApp, booked to a specific date and time to suit you.

• I can source fabrics and trims that I don’t currently stock, to make your ‘fit totally unique to you.

• I am able to create shapes and garments that I don’t already have in my catalogue or mix and match my classic shapes.

• I will draw up the design if needed so you can make any adjustments, or changes before I make.

Included in the price is the consultation fee (£20.00) which is non-refundable** and a £80 deposit that will come off the end total. I will be able to give you an estimated total price at the end of the consultation. The remainder has to be paid before I start making. It also takes for standard shipping of the Item, if you wanted express shipping that can be upgraded later!

*Please note If I cannot make your dream fit or we can’t agree on the design your £80 deposit will be refunded along with shipping. But the £20 consultation fee will not, as it is non-refundable. You cannot cancel your bespoke order after 48 hours, but you can transfer the cost over to another outfit if you no-longer want to carry on with the original idea. This also means you cannot cancel if your event isn’t taking place any more.

This service is not for you, if you’re wanting something I already make but in a different fabric. - This falls under ‘customs’ where you can order via the customs page!
