How long does a custom order take to be shipped?
Everything is made by hand so please check the announcement bar for my current lead time. There will be busy periods where orders may take a little longer but I will be sure to keep you all updated. If you need your order for a specific date - whether it’s a festival or a holiday, do let me know in the notes section when ordering, or you can drop me an email! If you’d like to order a custom you can do so here!

How do I track my item?
Once your item is shipped, you’ll get a tracking email through with a clickable link. I have the same tracking information as you, if you need further help please contact Royal Mail and quote your tracking number.
Shipping costs
UK - 1st class signed flat rate of £5.00. Once shipped it takes 1-2 days.
UK- Special delivery Flat rate £9.00 (Guaranteed the next day before 1pm) For this option PLEASE email as it depends on entirely on if I have time to make it. If you don’t i’ll send it when I next can, which could take a couple of days.
INTERNATIONAL Tracked and signed - £14.00 (+ for extra weight) 5+ day delivery
INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS - Flat rate £32.00 (1-3 day delivery window)
Shipping times will vary depending on where in the world you are, but we can work this out together too.
Please allow for COVID DELAYS. Once shipped I don’t have control of your items journey, I can’t update shipping addresses. So please make sure your address is correct from the point of order,

How do I know what size to order?
It’s always best to measure yourself to make sure you’re ordering the right size.
Check out our size chart or you can always send me custom measurements, by leaving a note on your order.
Please do look at our refund and exchange policy before ordering.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

As each item is made to order, sales are final. There’s a size guide on each product to help match you to the correct size and there is a size guide to refer to! If you're unsure, send me a email on - hello@jade-clark.com and I can help you find your fit!
________________________________Exchanges
I can exchange tops for a smaller or bigger sizes but briefs and leotards cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons. If you're wanting to exchange an item for a different size, you as the buyer are responsible for postage costs. Please allow time for a new item to be made for an exchange which can take a further 1-2 weeks.
Please email within 3 working days of receiving the item if you have any problems or if you want to exchange.
Custom orders are exempt from exchanges and refunds and all sales are final.
I don’t currently exchange internationally due to customs, delays and fees.
________________________________Faulty Items
I do accept returns if the item is faulty and a full refund will be given upon receiving it back. The the original postage costs will not be refunded and you will be responsible for posting it back to me.
________________________________REPAIRS
As item’s aren’t invincible even though I’d like them to be, snapped threads / unravelling can happen. I offer repairs free of charge, you’re responsible for the return shipping fees.
